Barbara F. Murphy, 84, of Castleton, NY, formerly of Mohawk passed away on February 28, 2018. Barbara was born in Mohawk on August 6, 1933 the daughter of the late Lynn and Alice Forman Francisco. She was employed as a teacher in Mohawk until her retirement several years ago.
A final Commendation and Farewell will be offered Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Mohawk Cemetery (John St. entrance), with Karen Rogers leading the service. Friends are invited to join the family for the service. Local arrangements are with the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home, Inc. 100 Otsego St., Ilion.
