Charlotte A. Perkins, 100 of E. North St. in Ilion, passed away on Wednesday November 9, 2016 at Folts Home in Herkimer.
Charlotte was born on June 12, 1916 in Stratford, NY she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Amy (Brace) Guile.
She was educated in Dolgeville and Stratford Schools and worked as an inspector at UNIVAC, until her retirement in 1972.
Charlotte was married to Paul E. Perkins, he passed away November 6, 1954.
She enjoyed sewing, knitting crocheting and going to the casino.
Charlotte is survived by her daughter Veronica and her husband Floyd Rose of Ilion; two grandchildren, Stephanie and her husband Herbert Schloicka and Paul Rose all of Ilion; four great grandchildren Brittany Lynne Rose, Taylor Christine Rose, Timothy Floyd Schloicka and Jonathan and his wife Jacquelyn Schloicka; two great great grandchildren Thaddaeus and Arya Schloicka.
As well as several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her brothers Dennis Guile, William Guile and Francis Guile and sisters Agnes Case, Bertha Rickard, and Mildred Guile.
A graveside service for Charlotte will be held on Monday November 14, 2016 at 12:30pm at the Mountain View Memorial Garden in the Town of Little Falls.
In keeping with her wishes there are no calling hours.
Arrangements are with the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego St. in Ilion.
