David E. Lally, 67, passed away, Tuesday, November 22, 2016, with his family by his side. He was born in Utica on December 4, 1948. David is the son of the late Edwin and Betty (Martin) Lally. On October 20, 1973, he was united in marriage with Mary Lou Smith.
David was employed as a purchasing agent for Utica Metal Products.
David is survived by his wife Mary Lou, his children, Christopher (Stacey) Lally and their daughters Claire and Grace, Shannon (Joseph) Perri and their daughter Rachel, Ryan (Amanda) Lally and their daughters Mackenzie, Kelsey and Reegan and Megan Wells and her daughter Audrey.
Calling hours will be held Monday, November 28, 2016, from 5 - 7 PM, at the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home, Inc., 100 Otsego St., Ilion. A memorial service will follow beginning at 7:00 PM.
Interment will be in the Armory Hill Cemetery on Tuesday, November 29, 2016,
beginning at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers friends are asked to consider the Steven Swan Humane Society, 5664 Horatio St., Utica, N.Y. 13502 in David's memory.
