Dennis Lee Clark

Ilion - Dennis Lee Clark, 71, of Ilion, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022 at his home with his loving family by his side.
He was born on November 12, 1950 in Watertown, the son of the late Keith and Ruth (King) Clark. A proud Veteran, Dennis served his country with the United States Air Force. He married the love of his life, Kathryn Warner on July 8, 1978 in Ilion. Dennis was employed as an Electrician for Homogeneous Metals in Clayville for most of his career. He was very dedicated to the Boy Scouts of America for over 15 years. In the Boy Scouts, he had many rolls including, but not limiting to, Cub Master, Chaplain and he was on the General Herkimer Council. He was also a member of the St. Augustine Church in Ilion.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathryn Clark; two sons and daughter-in-law, Eric and Nicole Clark of North Carolina, and Jason Clark of Alabama; one daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Dominick Manfredo of Marcy; three grandchildren, Caleb, Dylan, and Annabelle; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Daryl and Pam Clark of Carthage, and Keith and Diana Clark of Carthage; one sister, Linda Crabtree of Carthage; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home, 100 Otsego St. Ilion, NY 13357. In keeping with Dennis' wishes, there will be no public services. He will be laid to rest in Armory Hill Cemetery at the convenience of his family.
