Donna Quessnell Vescelus, 44, passed away, Tuesday, September, 19, 2017 in Richmond Hill, Ga., after a long illness. She was born in Utica on January 14, 1973 the daughter of the late Dale and Beverly Edward Quissnell and attended schools there.
Donna had been employed as a dealer at the Mohegan Sun Casino, she had a passion for playing cards and enjoyed her animals.
Donna is survived by her husband Brian, her mother in law Cheryl Meskan, her brother and sister in law Michael and Kristal Speziale of Cassville, her half-brother and sister in law Dale and Lisa of Frankfort, a Niece Kayla and nephew Jonathan. She is also survived by her step children Devin and Lauren Vescelus and Michele Mills, her grandchildren Jonathan, Xander, Kirsten and Dalton, her brother in law and his companion Daniel and Ginger and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In keeping with Donna's wishes a Celebration of Life will be at the convienience of the family, local arrangements are with the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home, Inc., 100 Otsego St. Ilion.
