Eric S. Johnson, 45 of Herkimer, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday December 13, 2015, at Albany Medical Center.
Eric was born on October 16, 1970 in New Hartford, NY.
He was the son of John and Donna Johnson and was a graduate of Holland Patent Schools.
Eric was married to the former Cherie Bulla.
Eric is survived by his wife Cherie and his four children; Eric, Cody Madison and Conner all of Herkimer; his mother Donna of Texas as well as a brother and sister.
He was predeceased by his father John.
A memorial service for Eric will be held on Friday December 18, 2015 at 3pm at the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. in Ilion.
Friends may call on Friday from 1pm until the time of the funeral.
