Frieda A. Stanley, 79 of 266 East Clark Street, Ilion passed away on Wednesday May 18, 2016 at the home of her son.
She was born on September 6, 1936 in Utica, NY the daughter of the late Floyd and Dorothy Thrasher and received her education at Proctor High School in Utica, and the went on to Faxton School of Nursing where she received
her Registered Nursing Degree.
In 2002 Frieda was united in marriage to Bruce Stanley Sr., he passed away November 17, 2013.
Frieda is survived by her children; Bruce Jr. and June Stanley of Ilion, and David and his fianc Shannon Gardner of Ilion, Cindy and Jim Maloy of PA, and Debra Simonelli of PA.
She also leaves several sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Frieda's wishes there will be no calling hours or public funeral services held.
