Irving E. Ward

Irving E. Ward Jr., 64 of Ilion, formerly of Schuyler, passed away on Monday November, 16, 2015 at Little Falls Hospital.
Irv was born in Herkimer, the son of Irving and Dorothy (Caldwell) Ward.
He attended school in Washington Mills and worked on his family's farm in Schuyler, where he loved working with the farm animals.
Irv will always be remembered for his friendly smile and quick "Hello", as well as his ability to never forget a name.
He enjoyed polishing the car before taking rides in the country.
Irv is survived by his parents Irving Sr. and Dorothy C. of Ilion as well as several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Funeral services for Irv will be held on Thursday November 19, 2015 at 1:30pm at the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego St. in Ilion; Pastor Cindy Mararchuk will officiate, interment will be in the West Schuyler Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 12:30 until the time of the funeral.
