Linda D. Montgomery, 69 of Herkimer, passed away on Tuesday July 11, 2017 at St. Elizabeth's in Utica.
Linda was born on November 14, 1947 in Ilion and was the daughter of the late Harold and Marie Pierce.
She was a graduate of Ilion Schools and worked at both Duofold and LaSalle Labs.
On July 1, 1967 she married Harry Montgomery, Harry passed away on March 13, 2013.
Linda is survived by her extensive loving family which includes her son Harry Montgomery Jr. of Herkimer; two daughters Linda Springer of Mohawk and Kelly Kirk and her husband Michael of Herkimer; a brother Harold Pierce of Ilion and a sister Jill Ingerham of Mohawk.
5 grandsons and 3 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 2 sisters; Carol Levitt and Sandra Wentworth.
In keeping with Linda's wishes there are no public services, a memorial service will be held at the convenience of her family.
She will be buried in the Middleville Cemetery with her husband Harry.
Arrangements are with the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego St. in Ilion.
