West Winfield - Raquette Lake - Mrs. Mildred (Millie) Gregory, 82, of West Winfield and Raquette Lake, passed away on Monday May 31, 2021 at her home with her loving family by her side.
She was born on July 21, 1938 in Ilion, the daughter of the late Russell and Gladys Bates Bailey. She attended West Winfield Central Schools and went on to attend the Utica School of Commerce. She was married to Edward Gregory on May 24, 1958 at St. Augustine's Church. She was at one time employed as a Loan Manager with GPO Federal Credit Union, she helped out on the family farm and most importantly was a loving wife, mother and a homemaker.
She is survived by her loving husband, Edward "Skip" Gregory; one daughter, Lyn Schiebel of Gainesville, FL; two sons, David and Shelley Gregory of Fredericksburg, VA and Thomas Gregory and Jack of Greene, NY; and her beloved grandchildren, Nikki, Jillian, Tracee, Ellen and Deanna.
In keeping with Mildred's wishes, there are no public services. She will be laid to rest in Cedarville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mildred's memory may be made to the Raquette Lake Volunteer Ambulance Squad, Inc. PO Box 160, Raquette Lake, NY 13436.
