Ilion - Mrs. Nellie L. Post, 95, passed away on May 25, 2024 at Valley Health Services in Herkimer following a long illness.
Nellie was born on September 17, 1928 in Gassaway, WV, a daughter Cecil C. Cogar. She was married to Russell Post on April 17, 1962. Russell predeceased her. She was the owner of Fairfield bargain barn for many years and an active member of the Lions Club.A special thank you goes out to her friends, Dick & Josette for their friendship through the years
In keeping with Nellie's wishes, there will be no public services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home, 100 Otsego St. Ilion, NY 13357.
