Olga E. Watson, 87 of Ilion, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at home.
Olga was born in Little Falls, NY on December 15, 1928, she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Stibrany) Klimacek.
Olga was baptized and confirmed at Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church in Little Falls.
Olga enjoyed playing golf, walking, cooking and baking and going to bible study.
For 20 years she was involved with the Herkimer CROP as a recruiter and walker.
She also did walkathons for Little Falls Hospital.
Olga was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Herkimer.
She worked as a secretary for Junket Brands Foods, Division Chr. Hansen's Lab for several years, she also worked at the Library Bureau in Herkimer and as a legal secretary in Ilion and Utica, having her notary's license.
Olga is survived by her son, Timothy and his wife, Doreen; a grandson, Bradley and granddaughters, Amanda, Jennifer and Kimberly; great grandsons, Emery, Adrian and Jordan and great granddaughter, McKenzie Annaleah.
A memorial service for Olga will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 11am at Trinity Lutheran Church, 443 Henry St. in Herkimer, Pastor Ann Zimmerman will officiate.
Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery in Little Falls.
There are no calling hours.
