Patricia (Deep) Madore 1936-2021
ILION - Mrs. Patricia (Deep) Madore, age 85, passed away on May 20, 2021 at Valley Health Services.
Born in Utica on May 19, 1936, to the late John & Rose (Mody) Deep. She graduated from Utica Free Academy in June of 1956. She was married to Francis Madore, Sr. who passed away in 2011, after a blessed union of 50 plus years.
At one time, she worked as an operator for NY Telephone Company. But mostly she dedicated herself to raising her family. Pat was happy when she was surrounded by kids. She was known as the neighborhood Mom watching many children throughout the years. Pat also enjoyed spending winters in North Carolina. She was at one time a faithful parishioner of St. Louis Gonzaga Church.
Patricia is survived by her children and their spouses Francis Madore Jr. & Cindy Bennett of Ilion, Patricia & Brian Allbright of North Carolina, and Mike & Debbie Madore of West Winfield. Also left to cherish her memory are her treasured grandchildren Jeremy & Amanda Madore, and Danielle Madore & Carl Bartlett; Eric Allbright and Timothy Tickle and Alysia & Rod Brown. Pat also had the joy of being a great grandmother to her 3 great grand children, Presley Madore, Trevor and Easton Brown. Pat also leaves behind her sister in law, Joanie Deep of Sauquiot and many nieces and nephews and the the many dear neighbors throughout the years, especially Benny and Kelly, John and Beth, Kathy, Peter and Mary, Lorie, Wille and Carol, Jake and Martha and Betty Bouck. Pat was predeceased by her mother and father, John and Rose Deep Sr. and her three brothers, John Deep Jr, Robert Deep and David Deep. The family would also like to thank the entire staff of Valley Health Services for the Excellent care given to our Mother.
Patricia's services will be held at the convenience of the family with an interment to follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
