New Hartford - Mr. Robert J. Loomis, 88, passed away at the Wynn Hospital on September 30, 2025. Services will be held privately at the convenience of his family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home, 100 Otsego St. Ilion, NY 13357.
