Shirley B. Jones, 84 of Ilion passed away on Sunday July 11, 2020 at The Grand in Ilion
Shirley was born on September 17, 1935 in Ilion, she was the daughter of, the late, Howard and Ruby (Geary) Mead Sr. She was educated in Ilion and worked as a switchboard operator at Mohawk Valley General Hospital for several years.
On February 26, 1971 she was united in marriage to William Jones, who passed away in 2002.
Through her life Shirley enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by her son Kurt of Ilion and a grandson Scott.
She is predeceased by a son Scott and her 4 brothers.
In keeping with Shirley's wishes all services are private.
