Susan Smith Bruce Dennison, 54 of Milgate St. in Utica, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday October 6. 2017, with her loved ones by her side.
Sue was born on May 3, 1963 in Ilion, she was the daughter of Carolyn Smith, and she was a graduate of Ilion Schools.
Sue loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.
She loved the New York Giants, which was her favorite football team.
Sue is survived by her longtime boyfriend, Mike Burns and his grandson Anthony Burns; three daughters Rosetta Smith and her boyfriend Kyle King, Christina Roberts and her girlfriend Brittany Burger of Utica and Heather and her husband Dave White of Sauquoit; a son Albert and His wife Leona Smith of Boonville; a step daughter Amber Burns; a sister Nancy Burton; grandchildren Justin, Douglas and William Bruce; Franklin, Zachary and Katelyn Smith.
Sue also leaves her best friends Harry Raux, Claude Bruce and Michele Breen.
She is predeceased by her Mother Carolyn and a brother in law Ken Burton.
Funeral services for Sue will be held on Friday October 13, 2017 at Noon at the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego St. in Ilion.
Friends may call on Friday from 11am until the time of the funeral.
