William "Bill" Fullem, 75 of Ilion, passed away on Thursday October 22, 2015 at Alpine Rehab Center in Little Falls.
Bill was born on August 17, 1940 in Ilion, he was the son of the late George and Virginia (Wheelock) Fullem.
He was a 1958 graduate of Ilion and attended Utica College.
Bill also served his country in the Army National Guard.
Bill is survived by his brother Mike and his wife Marie of Rome and a sister Ginny Phelps of Ilion.
In keeping with Bill's wishes funeral services will be private and at the convenience of his family and there are no calling hours.
Arrangements are with the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego St. in Ilion.
